RFTA Housing Policy

The Housing Policy of RFTA states that employees can reside in RFTA housing only for a cumulative total of five (5) years. The “cumulative total” includes all time a Employee has resided in RFTA-provided housing, including the Premises. For example, if a Employee was hired by RFTA and lived in RFTA’s housing for two years, changed jobs, and then was rehired by RFTA, the Employee would only have three years remaining to reside in RFTA’s housing. The cumulative total policy applies to time spent in all RFTA-provided housing.
